JANSSEN INTRANET CASE STUDY
J&J wanted to improve global marketing productivity, collaboration and accelerate learning within the Janssen Marketing Groups across multiple geographic regions. We designed and built several internal communication portals within their SharePoint based intranet, created as social knowledge transfer hubs. The experiences aim to unify employees around common goals and showcase J&J as a shining example of tomorrow’s truly social business – the connected enterprise. The portals have simplified processes like on-boarding by giving new employees within the company an easy to navigate hub, and have provided curated documents and resources for a new employees' first day on the job.
