Launching their first clinical trial for PKU in late 2019, we created the company's initial clinical trial recruitment digital infrastructure. This ecosystem has included websites, HIPPA compliant CRM and database in Salesforce, paid social and search campaigns across Google and Facebook, and have continued to support and enhance the website since along with paid, organic and social efforts. Built on top of a secure CMS platform with a HIPAA compliant CRM, Rubius' Clinical Trials website was designed with scale and growth in mind, while providing up-to-date patient information and means to enroll. The PKU trial is the first of Rubius clinical trials endeavors, with more specialty areas being rolled out in 2020.
In addition to helping Rubius launch its clinical trials program, The Experience Design Studio has been supporting Rubius Therapeutics across its entire digital ecosystem since early 2019 following a competitive bid, having launched the company's first intranet, providing digital careers recruiting support, and much more.
