Aiming to solve this ongoing challenge, SignalFox brings together marketers' data into one location, from user acquisition to product KPIs, serving as an AI-powered marketing and analytics engine that gives users all of the tools they need for an online customer lifecycle management. SignalFox has developed a "one stop shop" customer analytics suite that allows B2C (Business to Consumer) marketing teams to acquire customers effectively and efficiently, analyze and understand customer behaviors, predict future revenue streams and grow their business based on the insights revealed through our tools.
Looking to create a best-in-class platform, our creative team at The Experience Design Studio was tasked with defining and designing SignalFox's first client facing product. Utilizing our tried and tested Discovery process, we also conducted stakeholder interviews and focus groups at the onset of the project to help define and optimize the user interface along with its requirements. The final product and platform includes multiple dashboards, an on-boarding and registration process, and a robust ad-buying and campaign management system.
