Signal Fox Case Study
Marketers in today ecosystem are faced with an overload of data from many different sources. SignalFox brings together all their data into one location, from user acquisition to product KPIs, serving as an AI-powered marketing and analytics engine that gives users all the tools they need for customer lifecycle management. XDS was tasked with defining and designing SignalFox's first client facing product which included multiple dashboards, an on-boarding and registration process, as well as ad-buying and campaign management. At the onset of the project, we also conducted stakeholder interviews and focus groups to help define and optimize the user interface.
