INTERSECT ENT CASE STUDY
Intersect ENT is a west-coast-based medical technology company dedicated to advancing the treatment of ear, nose, and throat (ENT) conditions through evidence-based innovation. The Experience Design studio has helped redesign their corporate website, maintain their product sites - Sinuva, MySinusitis and Propel - and overhaul their web analytics set up and integration in order to improve tracking and attribution. We also help with ongoing SEO, SEM, marketing automation, and content marketing efforts across brands.
As the result of a competitive bid won by XDS, we have been working closely with Intersect ENT since early 2019, maintaining and optimizing the company's corporate website along with its various drug-delivery device websites for the treatment of sinusitis. The corporate website was redesigned in Q4 of 2019 in order to improve how the various treatments the company provides are articulated and communicated, with the addition of new/enhanced branded sites launching simultaneously. The websites are built on WordPress CMS with a supporting custom Physician Locator tool application that is used across each one, serving up relevant and contextual results.
Behind the scenes, Active Campaign is utilized as a supporting Marketing Automation platform, with custom journeys and nurturing campaigns set up and triggered based on preferences and actions taken by registrants. XDS has provided ongoing SEO, SEM and content marketing support for Intersect with technical optimizations, keyword recommendations and optimizations, and monthly reporting.
